This spot can get quite crowded on weekends so it is advisable to hike on a weekday. Your kids will absolutely enjoy the two-kilometer hike as long as you go late in the afternoon. The hike will only take less than 30 minutes so it wouldn’t be too taxing for children.

When in Taipei, it’s a must to explore Taiwan’s culinary delights with your kids. If you want to skip night markets, try A Farm’s Table. This organic restaurant goes by its philosophy of serving non-processed foods to families. While you are waiting for your meal, your children can dress up in cute aprons and meet new friends in the play space. The restaurant also boasts an onsite organic market.
Although the menu is mostly in Chinese, its servers would willingly assist you. It also has an impeccable location so after you eat out, you can play along with your kids in their playfully designed kitchen.
